Secure your Tax-ID number. This is the number you need to open up a checking account and do all of your ministry business.
501(C)(3)
This is the big application that goes to the IRS. This application can be as long as 75 to 100 pages and is often followed up by additional questions asked by an IRS agent. We also answer all follow up questions asked by the IRS. You will not have to speak to the IRS or answer any follow up questions.
BYLAWS
Create a customized set of the constitution and bylaws, based on the vision you have the organization. No one knows your ministry better than you. We listen to you and then create your constitution and bylaws based on your doctrines, beliefs and vision. We also make sure that you are protected from being voted out by your own board.
