Why we exist

Calling is rarely the bottleneck. Infrastructure is.

Most leaders who want to train ministers, plant churches or start a school never do — not because the vision is unclear, but because the path from calling to institution is opaque, expensive and full of paperwork nobody explains.

Ministry Partners Consulting Group exists to remove that barrier. We provide the licensing, curriculum, technology, accreditation pathway, governance and consulting that stand between a ministry vision and a functioning institution — through a family of organizations that each specialize in one part of the work.

One conversation, not six vendors

School licensing, curriculum, LMS, accreditation and marketing normally means five separate contracts. Here they sit under one roof.

Your name on the door

Affiliated institutions are independently owned and named. We build the infrastructure; you set the doctrine, faculty and standards.

Plain answers about accreditation

We tell every institution exactly what faith-based accredited status does and does not mean — before they enroll a single student.

Our founder

Bishop Dr. A. R. Massenburg

Founder, Ministry Partners Consulting Group

For nearly five decades, Bishop Dr. A. R. Massenburg has carried, raised and consecrated leaders across the body of Christ — deacons, ministers, pastors, overseers and bishops. Along the way he watched too many gifted leaders arrive at an office they were never prepared to hold, and too many called teachers stall at the paperwork of starting a school.

Ministry Partners Consulting Group is the infrastructure he built in response: a family of organizations that launches schools, trains leaders, accredits institutions and connects churches — so the next generation is prepared before it is elevated.

“Consecration should be a confirmation — not a beginning.”

Where do you start?

Three common pathways

Most partners arrive with one of these three needs. Pick the one that sounds like you.

Pathway one

I want to start a Bible college

You have the calling and the content. You need licensing, curriculum, a platform, diplomas and a credible accreditation pathway — without assembling five vendors.

Start Your Own Bible School →

Pathway two

I want my school accredited

Your institution is running. You need a faith-based accrediting body with published standards, honest disclosure and a review process you can actually complete.

Accreditation standards & process →

Pathway three

My ministry needs help operating

Governance is loose, staffing is strained, finances are unclear or a leadership transition is coming. The consulting practice works on all four.

We had a curriculum and a calling and absolutely no idea how to become a school. Eight months later we enrolled our first cohort under our own name.

Common questions

What leaders ask before they begin

How long does it take to launch a Bible school?

Most independent launches take three to six months. Legal formation comes first; curriculum, catalog and technology work then run in parallel. Joining as a My School of Ministry affiliate is much faster, because the courses and platform are already built.

What does it cost to get started?

It depends on the path: an affiliate school, a fully independent institution, an accreditation review or a consulting engagement. The first consultation is free, and you receive a written estimate before you commit to anything.

Is accreditation through the group federally recognized?

No. American Bible College Accreditation is a faith-based accrediting body serving private theological institutions. It is not recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, and we require every member institution to represent its accredited status accurately.

Do you work with ministries outside the United States?

Yes. Our affiliated organizations and their students operate internationally, and our founder has established Bible colleges on several continents.

Can you help a ministry that is not starting a school?

Yes. The consulting practice serves churches and nonprofits on governance, staffing, finance, marketing and leadership transition, whether or not education is involved.

Tell us what you are trying to build.

Whether it is a school, an accreditation review, a network affiliation or a board that has lost its way — start with a conversation. We will tell you plainly what it takes.
